High-Quality FISH Kit and Probes for RNA
More Featured Products>>

Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) is a technique that employs fluorescent probes to analyze the spatial and temporal distribution of specific DNA/RNA within cells. The fluorescent probe, as the main tool of this technique, directly influences the result of the experiment.

Beyotime proudly launches the high-quality Fluorescence in Situ Hybridization Kit for RNA (R0306), 18S rRNA Cy3 FISH Probe and U6 snRNA Cy3 FISH Probe, with high sensitivity and lower generation of background.

Fluorescence in Situ Hybridization Kit for RNA (FISH Kit for RNA)(R0306)

This kit provides a highly sensitive method for detecting RNA target in situ through hybridization of complementary sequence, fluorescent dye-labeled probe (DNA or RNA oligonucleotide) to the specimen. After hybridization, the specimen can be examined by a fluorescence microscope to visualize the hybridized fluorescent probe that indicates the intracellular localization of target RNA in cells or tissues.

Transcriptome sequencing, qPCR, Northern, and gene microarray technologies are usually applied for gene expression analysis. These technologies provide lots of information at tissue level, but mask the differences of gene expression in different cells, especially the spatial distribution of RNA in cells. However, this approach provided by this kit can reveal the spatial distribution of gene expression at the single-cell level with high specificity and sensitivity.

Product Features:
▶   This kit is convenient to use, with simple procedures. The assay can be completed within one day. After the hybridization complex is formed between target RNA and its complementary fluorescent probe in situ, the specimen can be examined directly.
▶   This kit is highly sensitive, with low or no background production. This kit provides specialized acetylation reagents and blocking reagent Yeast RNA (100X), which can effectively reduce the staining background and improve the detection sensitivity.
▶   This kit is suitable for a wide variety of samples. This kit can be used for localization analysis of target RNA in paraformaldehyde or formalin-fixed tissues, paraffin or frozen sections, and cultured cells. This kit is also suitable for sample heterogeneity assay, non-coding RNA (miRNA and lncRNA, etc) detection at single-cell level with high sensitivity, tracking of genome-derived RNA, and high-throughput single-cell quantitation of target RNA.
▶   This kit is compatible with other fluorescence staining. This kit has good compatibility with various fluorescent dyes. In addition to other hybridization fluorescent probes, it can also be used in conjunction with DAPI (C1002/C1005/C1006), Hoechst 33342 Staining Solution (C1025/C1026), sHoechst 33258 Staining Solution (C1017/C1018) ,Propidium Iodide (ST511/ST512), and other fluorescent dyes.

We also offer two universal red fluorescent probes, 18S rRNA Cy3 FISH Probe (R0312) and U6 snRNA Cy3 FISH Probe (R0323). Both probes are developed by Beyotime and can be used with the above mentioned FISH Kit for RNA (R0306) to perform fluorescence in situ hybridization of 18S rRNA and U6 snRNA from cells or fixed tissues, paraffin or frozen sections of various origins (Table 1).
