      碧云天生产的免疫染色固定液(Immunol Staining Fix Solution)可以用于免疫染色时细胞样品或组织切片的固定。
      按照每个样品固定时需要1毫升固定液计算,一个包装的免疫染色固定液可以固定100或500个样品。

使用说明:
对于细胞样品,去除培养液后,按照每六孔板一个孔加入1毫升固定液的比例,加入免疫染色固定液。对于其它样品,加入免疫染色固定液的量都以充分盖住样品为准。
通常室温固定10分钟即可完成固定。但固定较长时间,例如4℃固定过夜也没有任何问题。
