BeyoGold™ 96-well Plate for qPCR (0.2ml, Semi-Skirted, Clear) are Beyotime high-quality consumables. This product is colorless, transparent, free of DNase, RNase, endotoxin, and pyrogen. Made of medical-grade plastic pellets, it is designed for fluorescent qPCR, and is compatible with most qPCR instruments. The main features of this product are as follows:
1. This product is semi-skirted with short edges around the plate to provide adequate support during pipetting, suitable for automated applications. It has flat well edges and a flat plate surface that complies with the SBS international standard. It is compatible with most PCR or qPCR thermocyclers listed below.

2. This product is made from USP certified medical-grade high-transparent polypropylene (PP), better adapting to the repeated high and low thermocycles during the PCR reaction process, and can be sterilized by autoclaving.
3. This product adopts an integrated frame design, with  extremely uniform wall thickness to effectively enable temperature consistency between wells, ensuring uniform sample heating, excellent heat transfer speed, and efficient sample recovery.
4. This product is designed with thin walls, with very low background fluorescence level, facilitating sample detection.
5. This product is labeled with row and column numbers for easy identification of samples in the plate.
6. The cut corner of this 96-well plate is at the upper right corner, which is A12.
7. The reaction well edges of this 96-well plate are slightly higher than the plane, enhancing the seal compatibility of sealing films (Beyotime, FSF002/FSF035/FSF039) for effective sealing to avoid solution evaporation and contamination in wells.
8. This product is free of DNase, RNase, pyrogen, and endotoxin.
