      碧云天生产的青霉素-链霉素溶液(100X)(Penicillin-Streptomycin Solution, 100X)是专门用于细胞培养的双抗,经过过滤除菌,可以直接添加到细胞培养液内。
      青霉素-链霉素溶液(100X)中,青霉素的含量为10kU/ml,链霉素的含量为10mg/ml。该溶液用0.9%氯化钠配制。在细胞培养液中推荐的青霉素的工作浓度为100U/ml,链霉素的工作浓度为0.1mg/ml。即按照100倍稀释使用即可。
      一个包装即100ml青霉素-链霉素溶液(100X)可以配制10L细胞培养液。

使用说明:
青霉素-链霉素溶液(100X)可以参考如下两种方法之一使用:
1. 在无菌的细胞培养液中直接添加青霉素-链霉素溶液(100X):
按照每500ml细胞培养液添加5ml的比例加入青霉素-链霉素溶液(100X),混匀即可使用。
2. 配制细胞培养液时加入青霉素-链霉素溶液(100X),然后再过滤除菌:
配制细胞培养液时按照每配制1L细胞培养液加入10ml的比例加入青霉素-链霉素溶液(100X),配制完成后过滤除菌即可使用。
