The LTS pipette tips are available in 20, 200, 300, 1,000 and 1,200μl capacities, with or without filter, and packaged in bags or sterile boxes.
The LTS pipette tips are made of imported high-quality USP Class VI standard polypropylene (PP), in accordance with ISO10993 standards, certified by the U.S. FDA, colorless and highly transparent, with excellent resistance to chemicals, high temperatures, and high pressure, easy to sterilize.
Conventional tips are designed with a tapered shaft, which generates an ejection force of up to 4 kg. The LTS tips are designed with a cylindrical shaft, which reduces the ejection force by approximately 85%, making it comfortable to use.
The LTS pipette tips adopt ultra-precision grinding and molding, the inner wall is smooth, the liquid residue rate is low, the whole tip is seamless and uniform, with good consistency.
This LTS tip series adopts an innovative thin wall, which increases the flexibility of the contact part between the tip and the pipette, making it easier to load and unload the tip, significantly improving the comfort of use, and effectively reducing the risk of Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) of the limbs; and at the same time, it can enhance the sealing between the tip and the pipette, effectively avoiding leakage and improving the accuracy of aspiration, especially when using the multi-channel pipette.
This LTS tip series are produced in a class 100,000 ultra-clean environment, free of DNase, RNase, human DNA, PCR inhibition, and pyrogen; no release agent and additives are used in the production process. The sterile tips are irradiated for experiments that require high-level asepsis. The filter cartridge is made of pure polymer polyethylene (PE), with small and uniform aperture, strong hydrophobicity, good barrier effect, to ensure the accuracy of pipetting; it can prevent liquid and aerosols from entering the pipette and causing cross-contamination or damage to the pipette while ensuring air circulation, avoiding the diffusion of aerosols that may pollute the environment or affect the experimenters, and improving the experimental accuracy and reproducibility, which is especially suitable for cell culture or virus experiments.
