Product Features:
▶ The kit provides all the necessary reagents for immunoprecipitation, making immunoprecipitation or co-immunoprecipitation experiments easier, more convenient and more efficient.
▶ High specificity and binding capacity, able to bind more than 20mg of human IgG high specifically, with very low non-specific bindings.
▶ Multiple elution methods are available. Both acidic solution and SDS-PAGE sample loading buffer are provided in the kit. The competitive elution method can also be use if the corresponding competitive peptide is available.
▶ Reusable and cost-effective. Under normal conditions, the agarose gel can be reused 3-5 times for purification of the same antibody. However, reusing the gel is not recommended for immunoprecipitation to detect protein-protein interactions.
