High-purity RNA is very important for RNA related experiments, such as RNA-seq, qPCR, and Microarray. Beyotime launches a new product for simple and fast RNA purification: BeyoMag™ RNA Clean Magnetic Beads (R0081).
The newly launched BeyoMag™ RNA Clean Magnetic Bead is coated with novel nucleic acid purification resin using the Solid Phase Reverse Immobilization (SPRI) technology. In combination with the optimized buffer system, it can be used to purify RNA or cDNA from common enzymatic reaction systems stably, efficiently and conveniently, and can be widely used in gene sequencing and molecular diagnosis. This product is not only suitable for manual operation, but also can be used in high-throughput automated workstations.
Work Flow:
RNAs in the sample solution bind to the magnetic beads rapidly and efficiently. With a magnetic separation rack, the magnetic beads binding with RNA can be collected and separated from the solution, and the impurities are fully removed. After washing beads several times, the high-purity RNA is eluted from the magnetic beads with appropriate eluent. Please refer to Figure 1 for the work flow of this product.

Product Applications:
▶ RNA purification after DNase I treament or after the removal of rRNA.
▶ Purification of in vitro transcription products or RNA purification for NGS library preparation.
▶ Purification of cDNA or other DNAs.
Product Features:
▶ Simple operation and high recovery rate: This product requires less than 15 minutes to complete RNA purification, with a recovery rate above 95%. It is also suitable to concentrate low concentrations of RNA.
▶ High binding specificity and capacity: This product has very low non-specificity, and can be used to remove non-incorporated dNTP, NTP, primers, primer dimmers, salts, and other impurities from various reaction systems.
▶ Good flexibility: This product is not only suitable for manual operation, but also can be used in high-throughput automated workstations.
▶ Safe and eco-friendly: This product does not require phenol, chloroform, or other organic toxic reagents.
