Product Features
● Free of protein and animal origin: effectively avoiding potential interactions with protein samples, thereby improving the accuracy of protein detection.
● Fast, efficient, and antibody saving: The QuickBlock™ Protein-Free Blocking Buffer for Western Blot only requires 5-10 minutes for the blocking, similar to QuickBlock™ Western Blocking Buffer (Beyotime, P0252), but significantly faster than 5% BSA. Primary antibodies diluted and prepared with QuickBlock™ Protein-Free Primary/Secondary Antibody Dilution Buffer for Western Blot can be stored at 4℃ for at least 1 month and can be reused multiple times. The diluted secondary antibodies in this buffer can be reused 3-5 times within 2-3 weeks, effectively saving antibodies.
● Low background: This series of products does not contain any protein components and, in principle, does not cross-react with antibodies, improving the assay specificity, leading to clearer Western blot bands, fewer nonspecific bands, extremely low background, and a higher signal-to-noise ratio.
● Wide applications: Without alkaline phosphatase, casein, and biotin components, this series of products is particularly suitable for the detection of protein modifications such as phosphorylation and glycosylation, as well as biotin detection.
● Good compatibility: Compatible with secondary antibodies conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP), alkaline phosphatase (AP), and biotin.
● Convenient to use: These products can be used directly, without the need for additional reagents.
● High stability: These products are not prone to microbial contamination, and can be stably stored at room temperature for a long time.
